Ingredients:
4 medium carrots
1 large beet
3 stalks of celery
2 large kale leaves
1 inch piece ginger
Preparation:
Wash the carrots and cut into 3 inch pieces.
Wash and peel the beet and cut into 2 inch slices.
Wash the celery and kale and slice into smaler pieces.
Process the carrot, beet, kale, ginger and celery with your juicer.
