Ingredients:
4 medium carrots
1 large beet
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
Preparation:
Wash the carrots and cut into 3 inch pieces.
Wash and peel the beet and cut into 2 inch slices.
Process the carrot, ginger and beet with your juicer.
