Apple, Lemon Juice

Apple, Lemon Juice

The apple and lemon in this juice contain a lot of vitamin C and citrus acids which assist in dissolving gallstones. Gallstones are deposits of a composite of calcium salts such as oxalates and carbonates. Drink this juice twice a day for a month to break down and dissolve gallstones.

Apple Lemon Juice

Yield: 1 servings

Ingredients:
6 medium organic apples
1/2 small organic lemon


Directions:
Wash the apples and cut into 2 inch slices. Discard the cores.
Leave the apple skins on your apples because the skins contain a high percentage of antioxidants and flavanoids, which are fantastic for your cardiovascular system. Your juice may be cloudy in colour but it will be highly nutritious and just as tasty too!
Wash and slice the lemon in half. Peel the lemon from the rind and remove any seeds.
Process the apple slices and lemon with your juicing machine.
